Single Survey to cost up to £820The controversial single survey has created fresh debate as the Royal Institute of Chartered surveyors (RICS) has announced that the average cost may be as high as £820. The survey, which becomes compulsory on December 1st 2008 has been poorly thought out and will put the Scottish Property market into chaos according to the Scottish Law Agents Society.
