Scottish Property Prices Buck the TrendThe Department of Communities and Local Government is reporting that UK property prices have fallen to a record low in the year to Jun 2008. Despite bleak national picture, property prices in Scotland are still looking very healthy with prices rising 3.6 percent in July. Although there is speculation that this increase may simply reflect seasonal buoyancy in the market, it should nevertheless alay fears of a price crash in the Scottish property market.
