Swarovski to Sparkle in Overgate, DundeeAustrianbased jewellery and crystal accessories retailer, Swarovski (www.swarovski.com) have secured a unit of 1,221 sq ft on the lower level of Overgate Shopping Centre, Dundee. They have taken a new ten year lease at a rent of £75,000 p.a.x. Ewan Mackay of SGM Property Consultants, the sole letting agents for Overgate, said “This is another fantastic addition to the strong tenant mix within Overgate and further cements Dundee as a quality town where numerous retailers are keen to acquire space”.
